About the event
The purpose of this special meeting is for the six members of council is to meet in executive session for a conference with attorneys for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are subject of pending or imminent court action, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 12.22(G)(3) and to return to public session to then take any action deemed appropriate therewith, if any, or, if not, for the purpose of adjournment.
NOTE: Because this is a special meeting for the limited stated purpose, there will be no opportunities for the public to submit correspondence or to address council on any topic.
